Let’s step away from the basic and predictable ham, turkey or bologna sandwich you’ve had hundreds of times before. If you want a gourmet bistro sandwich without paying gourmet bistro prices, this smoked salmon sandwich is a perfect change-up for your lunch routine.
Smoked Salmon Sandwich on a Croissant
8 oz whipped cream cheese
3-4 slices smoked salmon
1 Tbs chives
1 Tbs dill
1 tsp dried basil
Mix the chives, dill and basil into the cream cheese. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper and mix again. Spread 1 Tbs of mixture onto each side of the split croissant. Place smoked salmon between the two croissant slices. Enjoy!
